Terms of use

Tuul's tools are free to use. Your files stay on your device and stay yours. The tools come as they are, so keep your original files.

Tuul (tuul.io) is run by taser.dev in Istanbul, Türkiye. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Using the tools

The tools are free, for personal use or at work, as often as you like. You don't need an account. We may change, add or remove tools at any time.

Your files

Files are processed by your browser on your own device. We never receive them, so we can't see, keep or recover them. You keep every right you have in your files and in what the tools make from them.

Only use files you have the right to use, and use the results lawfully. For example, respect other people's privacy when you share a recording they appear in.

No guarantees

We work hard to get the tools right, but they're provided as they are, without any warranty. A conversion can fail or come out differently from what you expected, for example with a damaged file or in an older browser. Keep your originals, and check a result before you rely on it or delete the original.

As far as the law allows, taser.dev isn't liable for any loss or damage from using Tuul, including lost or damaged files or lost time. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law, such as your rights as a consumer where you live.

Fair use of the site

Don't use Tuul to break the law or anyone's rights, and don't try to disrupt the site, overload it or get around how it works. The site's text, design and name belong to taser.dev. The open-source parts the tools use keep their own licences, listed on the About page.

Ads and other sites

Some pages may show ads from Google, and some link to other websites. Those are run by others, under their own terms and privacy policies. The privacy page explains how ads work here.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date below says when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
