Put images into one PDF

Put photos, scans and screenshots into one PDF: add them, drag them into order, pick A4, Letter or each image's own shape, and download the PDF. It's made in your browser, so nothing is uploaded, and JPG photos keep their full quality.

Images to PDF: questions

How do I combine several images into one PDF?

Add them all at once on tuul.io/images-to-pdf/: each image becomes a page, in the order shown. Drag the pages to reorder them, or sort them by file name, then download the PDF. Nothing is uploaded.

Can I change the order of the pages?

Yes. On tuul.io/images-to-pdf/ drag a page to its place, use the arrows under it, sort all pages by file name or reverse them. The PDF is made again after every change, so the download always has the order you see.

Does putting a photo into a PDF reduce its quality?

Not for JPG and PNG on tuul.io: a JPG goes into the PDF unchanged, byte for byte, and a PNG is added losslessly. HEIC, WebP and AVIF photos are saved as high-quality JPG first, because a PDF can't hold those formats.

How do I make the PDF smaller for email?

Choose Image quality: Smaller file. Photos are then made at most 2000 pixels a side at 80% JPG quality, which still prints well on A4 and usually makes the PDF several times smaller.

Which page size should I choose?

A4 is the paper size in most of the world, Letter in the US and Canada; each image is placed as large as fits, on a page turned to match it unless you choose portrait or landscape. Fit to each image makes every page the shape of its image, with no white border.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The PDF is made in your browser, so your photos and scans stay on your device. That matters for ID cards, contracts and receipts.
